Former MD of The Frank Agency

Jim founded Oxfordshire-based marketing company The Frank Agency in the early 1990s, running campaigns for prestigious brand including Dunlop, Yamaha, Champion and INEOS Automotive. He built the agency over 30 years, culminating in a successful exit in 2020. He now works with Clean Engineering – a Coventry company working on innovative sustainable technologies.

Jim covered his journey from door to door salesman in the USA to founding an Oxfordshire brand, communication and marketing agency representing leading global brands and growing it to a successful exit. He shared his very particular 30-year journey from the early days as co-founder in his 20s with a Dutch partner to the last 5 years planning and successfully delivering on his exit strategy.

The various twists and turns on that journey gave all business owners food for thought when planning their own exit.
